This has been happening to me for a long time on my ultracite Gatling laser. Core charge vanishes right in front of my eyes. I’ll be shooting, keeping an eye on my core so I reload at about 200, and at a random number like 400 it’ll just change to zero. Boom, good times

The problem with Gatling energy guns is that the number that is used is the number of cores. So it's automatically reducing your ammo count to match the number of cores that you have. If you have 3 cores, it'll drop to 3 after the first shot. If you have 100 cores, it'll drop to that number. Both my Gat laser and my Gat plasma are doing this. It will show a full core of 350 or 1000 shots, and then instantly drop the ammo count to the number of cores i have left. Cannot use them until it gets fixed as these are all Ultracite cores which i don't want to waste all over the place.

Is not intended to drop on "core" weapons (laser gatling, ultracite laser gatling and plasma gatling), however, these may drop from Ally daily quests and will have no impact on ammo capacity. There seems to be different mods for Gatling Laser and Ultracite Gatling Laser. In the muzzle department one of them has a beam focuser type thing. That’s nice. A regular Gatling laser has a red beam, while the ultracite version is green. Ultracite lasers in general, do less damage, but have a mildly faster fire rate than their regular predecessors. Ultracite also does more damage to scorched enemies.
