Like I already said to a comment above, Mielarah is not the captain of the DLC ship. Mielarah can die at the end of act 4 ( your choice ) so that would cause issues. What is more the DLC is about a cursed ship not a cursed captain. Like many others have already said here, that captain along with the other options are for the end of the act. 7. Roleplay wise a lawful good character is most of the time above them, letting corpses alone, unless they are in need or it is justified like checking the enemy.
