Primed Sure Footed completely negates the new self stagger from aoe weapons with the new no self damage update. There's also the edge case where Primed Sure Footed just doesn't resist knockdowns, but that's a tiny, tiny chance. You're missing a couple of key differences, like being able to resist grabs with PSF.

It's look like a choice but for sure - no choice. 100 of 100 percent people take [Primed Sure Footed]. You need that. A lot of guns with a big explosive radius. And at Profit Taker and at Arbitrations you need that. I use Primed Sure Footed instead of Negation Swarm for disruption. The demolishers have that nullifying effect, and it's kind of annoying to have to frequently recast Scarab Swarm. But otherwise, yeah, Negation Swarm is better.
