Your max daily standing depends on mastery rank. It's MR+1k standing. You're MR 16 but OP is probably MR 8, hence why he got 9k standing and can't get more. Please do not confuse people in matter of daily standing.So I haven't been playing Warframe for a while. However when I went to other planets that normal hellions spawned on I couldn't get any targets. It would probably stay at the same price even if they did allow players to gain rep in onslaught, since rep is capped by MR anyways. I doubt it as Simaris standing currently requires scanning everything in sight stealthily or visiting the relay to get a target off him and whole issue of finding and scanning it before somebody kills it.
