pump/solenoid wiring question. I Have a new to me electro-touch pump/plow setup on my truck. I do not know the model, as the sticker is gone, but the electric motor is mounted verticle, and it has 3 solenoids. The two toggles are in the cab, with the mounting plate. In the cab i have (2) black wires, (1) green, (1) red), (1) white.This pump was torn down, rebuilt, and tested. The pump # is 56786 it came in kit 64777. We guarantee these pumps for the plow season, but you must properly flush your cylinders and hoses before hooking this pump up and use genuine Western oil. Instructions will come with the pump on how to do this. Nov 20, 2019 · Is it a bad thing to do that. The pump motor is obviously running continuously. There is what appears to be a small ground wire coming from the joystick.
