Occasionally my kids have had this happen. We took the top cap off and emptied the bottle. Then put it in the freezer for just 3-5 minutes. The lid is then much easier to unscrew. Cant stress enough though. Only do this with the bottle empty and only for a few minutes. Don’t freeze long term, just cooling the bottle down always seems to work.
