Seems like an odd statement to make when some of the current boss resprites are old WIPs made a long time ago: PokerFace's Guardians resprite was made in the Cal art server as public fanart over 8 months ago and was only recently picked up after all the old designers left and took their work, and Nitro's Yharon was already made 2 years ago.
