No service is perfect but including ONT failures, I am looking at roughly 4 days of downtime in over four years (two of which were because the failure happened on a Friday so it stretched over the weekend). Other than that, no other outages AT ALL.

Contacted Ziply to be told there was a "Sun Outage" that would be cleared up over the weekend. I follow news about science and stuff like the sun and did not see anything about a solar flare.
